- The object of the Association shall be to further the Organization and development of Grottoes.
- To create a closer and fraternal social relationship between individual Grottoes of Florida.
- To outline improving ceremonial sessions and solving their local plans for effective cooperation.
- To assist the individual Grottoes in problems, and such other purposes as to conform to the provisions of the Constitution and Laws of the Supreme Council, here in after referred to as M.O.V.P.E.R. the governing body of this Order, of this Association.
- To unite them and bring a closer fraternal and social union among them.
- To encourage members into the closest bonds of good fellowship and promote active participation in all things that have to do with the good and welfare of the Grottoes within the jurisdiction of the Southeastern Grotto Association.
- To uphold the principles of good government.
- To assist in every honorable way to further the interest of the Grottoes throughout the Southeastern US and to bring about a better understanding among Prophets.
- To encourage the application of the highest ethical standards and endeavor, by the exchange of methods and ideas, to increase efficiency in all our activities.
